At GWS Teleservices Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide reliable and high-quality internet services. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service Disruptions and Downtime:
  • If you experience prolonged and significant service disruptions or downtime that are attributable to GWS Teleservices and not caused by factors outside our control (such as natural disasters, force majeure events, or customer equipment issues), you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the duration of the disruption and the terms of your service agreement.
  • Refund will not be provided for small, or temporary disruptions.
  • 2.Service Plan Changes and Cancellations:
  • For prepaid plans, refunds may be considered for cancellations made within a specified period from the initial subscription, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
  • If you choose to downgrade your service plan, the difference in cost may be credited to your account for future use, rather than refunded.
  • Refunds will not be given for unused portions of prepaid plans, after a certain time period.
  • 3. Equipment Returns (if applicable):
  • If you return GWS Teleservices-provided equipment in accordance with our equipment return policy, you may be eligible for a refund of any applicable deposit or equipment fees.
  • Refunds will be subject to the condition of the returned equipment.
  • 4. Service Quality Issues:
  • If you experience consistent and verifiable service quality issues, such as significantly lower speeds than advertised or frequent disconnections, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Important Notes:
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • GWS Teleservices reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or are deemed fraudulent.
  • This refund policy is subject to change without notice.
  • This refund policy does not apply to buisness leased line services. Those agreements will have their own refund or credit policies.
  • Refunds are only for services provided by GWS Teleservices. Any third party services are not covered.
